About This Class

When anxiety kicks in, it can be hard to date properly. Dating can feel overwhelming, and demanding of people to navigate a range of complexities. Nerves and stress can flood the person’s mind with negative thoughts that make it difficult to feel good about the relationship. Experiencing this, people ask: “Will someone just make my anxiety go away.”

This class will cover how anxiety undermines a person’s confidence, enjoyment, and positivity around dating. A clearer understanding of this topic will help people to gain a clearer perspective about how to navigate anxiety, and how to be better equipped to prevent it from getting in the way of shidduch success.
